Subscriptions

Early in 2002, we increased the subscription rate for our online library of research reports from $95 to $195.

However, the $95 rate is still applicable for subscribers who renew their subscription without interrruption.

The subscription rate for two years is $290 for new subscribers, but current subscribers can renew for two years for $170.00 -- which is a an additional savings of $20 for the second year.

When we introduced our online e-commerce order system (using the Yahoo e-Store service), we offered discounts of $75 to new subscribers who use that service and thereby save us a lot of time. We offer comparable savings to subscribers who renew through the online e-store.

Offshore Tax Seminar Manual

Our Offshore Tax Seminar Manual is being updated  on a chapter by chapter basis. We hjope to complete the update by late 2004. Meanwhile, there have been no significant changes in the applicable tax law since the manual was last updated (Feb., 2003) except for the reduction in the tax rate on capital gains and deividend income to 15%.

Offshore Press Seminars

For the past six years we have sponsored at least one seminar -- usually dealing with international tax issues. Our most recent seminar in Las Vegas was $675 for two days, with a $150 discount for those who had purchased the manual.  Other discounts were offered for early registration or for multiple registrations. Hereafter, we will also offer an additional 20% discount from the prevailing seminar price to current paid subscribers.

Offshore Press Books and Reports

Some subscribers have asked if there is a discount for printed copies of the information that is available on their web site. Because it's the same information in a different format, it doesn't seem reasonable to charge full price to subscribers. We are therefore offering a 30% discount to our current paid subscribers who wish to purchase a printed copy of one of our books or reports. This discount rate will also apply to any price reductions for using the Yahoo e-Store.

Other Books and Reports

From time to time, we will market books by other publishers wherein we take the order and they ship the book. We will offer a 20% discount to our subscribers from the list price of those books.
