How to Order
Most of our customers don't have any problem with getting the
information they order -- but some customers do encounter difficulties.
These instructions should help to minimize the chances of not getting
an immediate copy of the information on how to access our subscriber's
web site.
When you place your order
(below), you will receive a document in your web browser with
instructions on how to access the subscribers' restricted web
site. It should appear in your browser within less than a minute
after you place the order. (For most people, it will be nearly
instaneous.) You should print a copy of that document for future
reference and you should save it to a file folder on your
computer. If you should
happen to lose that document, do not
re-order. Send us an email or
call 913-362-9667 and we will send you a replacement via email.
In case you might mis-type your email address, please provide a phone number
when you enter your credit card information and address. Typos in
email addresses are one of the main reasons why some customers do not
get the information on how to access the subscribers' web site.

WARNING! If you choose to
receive the information as a Word file or a RTF file, when you place
the
order, you will see a
menu that asks if you want to open the document or to save the
document. We suggest that you elect to save
it to a folder or file where you can find it. If you elect to just open
the file, you may have difficulty saving it or even making a printed
copy.
