Thomas P. McQueen is a CPA who specializes in the areas of international tax, federal tax, transfer pricing, and tax controversy.  He has extensive tax problem skills and has assisted multinational companies in over 65 countries in resolving both inbound and outbound issues.  He represents clients before the IRS in tax controversy matters, as well as advising clients in mergers and acquisitions.
