organized a workshop ("Boot Camp") for beginner's
with an interest in the tax rules for U.S. owners of
controlled foreign corporations and LLC's.  The one
day program will be held at the world reknowned

In the unlikely event that we would have to cancel the program due to not meeting our minimum by the end of August, your room reservation can be canceled without penalty.

Air Travel:  Air fare is not included with the reservation fee. The flight from Los Angeles to Auckland, New Zealand is an easy 12 to 13 hour flight.  Reservations can be made at Air New Zealand, Quantas,  Other Airlines

Air reservations should not be made until after we have 20 confirmed reservations.  And when we do, we will begin to search for the best price/value services from the U.S.

 Continuing Education Credits

Most of the U.S. state agencies that monitor continuing education requirements for lawyers, CPAs, insurance agents and certified financial planners require that a seminar manual be provided in advance of the program. We intend to secure presentation material from each of the speakers and provide delegates a comprehensive manual to secure continuing education credits for those who attend. We also intend to cooperate with state governing agencies to allow delegates to obtain continuing education credits. However, at the present time, we are unable to guarantee that CLE/CPE credit will be granted in any particular state for any particular professional designation or licensing requirement.
